DRO Health

Overview: DRO Health is a Health tech product that had major issues with retaining users and low user acquisition.

My key objectives were to improve the user retention and increase the number of active users.

Methodology

User Research and Feedback: To better understand why users drop off, I conducted surveys to existing user groups to understand how the products affected their lives, preferences and understand their actual needs.

Based on their feedback, I created a roadmap document and shared with the stakeholders, gathered more feedback then worked with the product team to develop and test features, ship fast and get feedback from users fast.

Some of the features and improvements made were;

Optimizing the onboarding process

Developed a community feature


Key Achievements:

Identified a niche market opportunity, took advantage of it resulting in a 15% increase in market share.

Developed a community feature that allowed users to connect and seek community help unanimously that led to 35% increase in retention.

Simplified the onboarding process that led to a decrease in churn rate by 20%

Implemented a robust go-to-market strategy, leading to record-breaking sales in the first quarter.
